The Ranch finally has its pizza place
Paseo Pizza & Gelato opened in the village center of Rancho Santa Fe to bring serious artisan pizza to the neighborhood. Built on a foundation of imported Italian ingredients, we are the community spot the Ranch was waiting for.
The pizza foundation
Every 12-inch pie starts with imported Caputo flour, Rega San Marzano tomatoes, and premium Grande mozzarella. These three ingredients ensure our craft begins with quality from the dough up.
Our signature pies
The Paseo brings burrata, prosciutto, arugula, and balsamic glaze. From the pesto-driven PPG to the pastrami-loaded Bear, every pie is baked with intention.
More than pizza
We bake fresh panuozzo sandwiches, including our signature mortadella panuozzo. Our kitchen also prepares meatballs simmered in San Marzano sauce, Calabrian chili wings, and gelato.
The village gathering spot
Located on Paseo Delicias, our welcoming space is anchored by a beautiful, replicated brick oven. We designed this kid-friendly shop to be a relaxed, neighborhood table where families can slow down together.
